What information is listed on the city deck cards?

Information on the card tells you what’s unique about that spot, how to get active there, and nearby attractions also worthwhile. From trail distances and terrains to inclines, stairs, and whether your furry friend can join you, too – we’ve got you covered!

The deck is tailored to fit any skill level. Go on an easy stroll or challenge yourself with more difficult trails. There's something for everyone!

What costs might be entailed with visiting one of the featured locations?

Nearly all featured locations are free to visit and do not require an admission fee. In other words, simply visiting most featured sites and walking around will cost you nothing. If there is a parking fee for personal vehicles, we note that on the card, and if the location does have an admission fee, it's indicated on the legend (for city decks where not all sites are free-to-visit).

As for activity costs, well, that depends on you. We may mention that a location is ideal for inline skating, surfing, kayaking, etc... If you want to do that activity but do not possess the necessary equipment, you would have to either rent or purchase it.

In the Explore More section of a card, we may highlight an attraction that requires an admission fee.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes, after placing your order in the cart, click the option to "Make it a gift." You will then have the ability to write a gift message, which we will put on a card to be included with the shipment.

Please check the shipping address before placing your order to ensure it reflects your gift recipient's address and not your billing address.

Which cities are coming next?

Chicago, Los Angeles, and Pittsburgh will arrive in late 2026 or early 2027. Miami and the Florida Keys are slated for late 2027.

Yes, we offer bulk discounts on orders of 10 or more. This is a popular option for

How quickly do orders ship? And when can I expect my shipment?

We ship orders every day Monday-Saturday. In general, your package will ship the business day after you placed the order. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping time (USPS ground) within San Diego County is 1-2 business days. Orders to Seattle and Twin Cities are taking 3-4 business days. Orders to Knoxville, TN, are taking 1 week.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges?

We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If you'd like to check out a product in person before purchasing, please visit one of our retail partners.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us and provide your order number and a photograph of the damaged item. We will mail a replacement within 3 business days.
